Mr. Kisalu was promoted to the Senior Financial Advisor for GMG Inc., in 2016. He advised and counseled division presidents on areas of Commerce that included, planning and strategy development, and divisional and local learning efforts while managing a team of more than 30 professionals. He served as a trusted advisor in identifying and selecting new strategies; spearheading the development of a comprehensive organizational analysis and provided guidance in recognizing key competencies needed for success. Subsequently, he revised documents to onboard new leaders who turned-around an inefficient workplace and improved collaborative efforts across the organization.

Mr. Kisalu promoted a learning and development environment by creating The Ownership for High Potentials and the Honest Summit for outstanding performers. He is acknowledged as an expert in organizational development, leadership and management capabilities, strategic and executive coaching. Regularly sought by leaders throughout the organization to facilitate coaching and team building workshops that fosters individual development and inspires personal excellence.

Mr. Kisalu incorporated solution issued speaking, circle mentoring and brainstorming sessions into the quarterly senior management meetings, which expanded management capability, facilitated the proper way of sharing proven practices and promoted a learning culture.

The journey into any mans road for Truth, Enlightenment and Over-standing ones identity is littered with people in human form selling FEAR AS AWARENESS, and they are deceivers of a craft that is a trusted process about sovereignty, with independence, rights, constitutional quotes, structure and control. I chose this journey, aware of the light consumed by darkness and the reality of knowing I was a failure because of what I read, I digested, but I didn't apply it. March of 2015, I chose to stand on truth, structure and affidavits, I chose to master word assimilation and how it controlled my life, words written by the authority of BLACKS LAW DICTIONARY. White Paper with Black Ink was God of this world. I was faced with false incarceration, slander, humiliation and lastly death, because of the topics I spoke on and how I proclaimed dominion over ignorance.. I traveled alone without footprints to guide my direction, but through ambitious study and tenacious execution the journey was rewarding. Under authorized executor-ship by proxy in 2014, I was appointed Fiduciary Trustee in DeKalb County Georgia, and was granted the control over the E-STATE and 3 Trust funds with immediate control of assets, trust transferred properties and tax credits as a secured party and authorized representative. It wasn't cash or immediate jet life, no, I had to learn how to be a trustee and the responsibilities of executor-ship. I had to apply the words that I had consumed over my lifetime out of books with no covers and pictures, assimilating the meaning with a dictionary, a thesaurus and the Blacks Law Dictionary. This form of study and execution took place over the next 2 years in Alabama. When I was finally allowed to leave Alabama, I vowed that I would never be played with again. I was going to go out and gain more control over industries in agriculture and defense and return one day to bury those who attempted to drown me for being honest, or clip me for flying. Trust who you are. Especially when others doubt you.
